Jesus, according to sculptor Richard Neave

Description

This is how Jesus really looked according to forensic sculptor Richard Neave. In 2001, on a British television documentary called "Son of God," titled "Jesus: The Complete Story" when aired on the Discovery Channel in America, using forensic and archaeological evidence, medical artist Richard Neave researched Galilean Semit skulls from the 1st century. Jesus, according to drawings from the 1st century, had short hair, appropriate to men of the time. Drawings from 1st century before the Bible was compiled show Jesus with dark colored eyes. From an analysis of skeletal remains, archeologists firmly established that the build of a Semite male at the time of Jesus was 5'1' with an average weight of 110 pounds. We know that Jesus looked like an average Galilean Semite. Even the Bible says that when Jesus was arrested in the gardan of Gethsemane, Judas had to indicate to the soldiers whom Jesus was because they could not tell him apart from the disciples. Jewish Semite skills are very different today to 2000 years ago. The Jewish Galilean Semite skulls from the 1st century are rounder and more robust. Since Jesus was outside most of the time in the climate and conditions of his life, which included walking everywhere, Richard Neave reasoned that Jesus must have been dark-skinned.
